Education is an essential foundation, without which a nation cannot reach its full potential. Beyond what is typically understood as ‘schooling’ and ‘grades’, education includes an array of skills, knowledge and values that are integral to enabling success and true independence in Africa.

A2Pay Foundation is dedicated to delivering quality education and helping informal business owners reach their goals. The foundation has already provided training to over 6000 merchants and 10,000 operators, empowering them with the skills and knowledge needed to run businesses efficiently and manage their finances.

The A2Pay intensive training program provides merchants and operators with comprehensive knowledge of financial management, as well as merchandising, stock rotation, point-of-sale, marketing and selling. This is facilitated through the A2Pay Point of Sale network and a combination of face-to-face, e-learning school and telephonic coaching. Through this program, merchants and operators can gain the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in business and life.
